Refunds & Changes to your Order :

If a customer places an order the client receives an email to them via edcurevilla, which confirms the order placed by the customer. A second email is sent after the confirmation email and will likely arrive within 24 hours after making the purchase. The email will process the purchase and informs you that the order will be processed soon.

If there is any issue with the payment, or an unfinished payment the email will be addressed to the client with the same.

Edcurevilla provides a 100% reimbursement of the payment or reshipment the products you ordered in the event that for any reason the order is not delivered to you within 28 days. If, for any reason, your order does not arrive or is damaged during shipping, we’ll ship you a new package or give you full reimbursement upon request. If items are returned to us due to infractions to your country’s import laws or regulations for customs, a 100% refund of the fee is issued.
